CYBG had rebranded as Virgin Money with a need to test, focus and develop the new identity across a broad range of 'live' applications for customers, investors, and internal audiences.

Our response

Working across many areas of the business, from retail to staff development, product through to experiences and marketing, our approach has been focused through a holistic lens – giving us the opportunity to really develop the brand across all touchpoints.

Work has ranged from location-based music campaigns at the 02, to investor exhibits. We have led the creative for the brand’s Annual Reports and related events, developed digital staff resources, created workplace environments, retail window displays, and a suite of designs for the brand’s credit and debit cards.
